Upgrade Corsha Enterprise License

This guide covers a license renewal for a Corsha Enterprise deployment.

Local Prerequisites

The installation workflow documented here assumes the availability of Helm on the local system being used to deploy the Corsha Enterprise components:

Helm (Minimum Version 3.7.1)

You will also need the Artifactory Credentials provided by the Corsha TPOC during deployment. If those have been misplaced, reach out to your TPOC for assistance.

Download the Signed License File

Corsha will provide a signed license file to update your enterprise license.

Update the License

Corsha provides a Helm job that imports the signed license file to update your license.

  1. Set your artifactory credentials as environment variables to be used by helm to obtain artifacts:
export ARTIFACTORY_USERNAME=<artifactory_username>
export ARTIFACTORY_PWD=<artifactory_password>
  1. Update Helm
helm repo update
  1. Run the following command to upgrade the license:
helm install \
-n <corsha_enterprise_dln_namespace> \
--verify \
--version <version> \
-f ./license.yaml \
--set imageCredentials.registry=corsha-docker.jfrog.io \
--set imageCredentials.username="${ARTIFACTORY_USERNAME}" \
--set imageCredentials.password="${ARTIFACTORY_PWD}" \
update-license-$(date +%s) \
corsha/dln-admin
  1. Check that the update-license job ran and returns "License has successfully been updated!"
kubectl -n <corsha_enterprise_dln_namespace> logs -l operation=update-customer,app.kubernetes.io/instance=<my_release_name>
